Kay's Kustom Kurtains specializes in creating custom blinds, curtains, and Roman shades and ships orders throughout the United States. This Payment and Refund Policy is designed in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws and applies to all purchases made through our website KurtainShop.com .
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed.
Custom orders begin production only after payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been approved.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production has started. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged or with defects, please contact us at ezrabuckley@kurtainshop.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
Once we verify the issue, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, if production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
